VIE, the annual sports extravaganza at JAIN (Deemed-to-Be University), is more than just a competition – it’s the embodiment of striving for excellence. Founded in 2000 under the guidance of Dr. Chenraj Roychand, Chancellor of JAIN University, VIE has grown into one of India’s biggest inter-collegiate sporting events.
The inaugural year saw over 20 colleges from across the state vying for victory, with the hosts themselves claiming the top spot. Today, VIE attracts some of the best sporting talent from universities and colleges nationwide. It’s a platform that fosters camaraderie and a spirit of sportsmanship, bringing educational institutions together through the thrill of competition.
